For appointments having a value of €100 or more, we may request a 50% deposit.
In the event of a no-show our no-show policy below will apply.
You can send us by Revolut at +356 99917319 or cash at our salon. Bookings will only be confirmed after the deposit, if you fail to do 24 hours before we have the right to cancel your appointment.
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Likewise, we trust that you will value our time and that of our other clients. Your tardiness to your appointment can affect the remainder of our stylist’s day and our services by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than ten minutes late will be honoured only at the discretion of management. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we would rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day.
As we are sure you can appreciate, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made by phone on 2122 0324 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail, Facebook messenger or SMS, or any other medium.
Cancellations are free of charge if you cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. for late cancellations you will be charged 30% of the deposit, and the No-Shows deposit will not be refundable.
If a client fails to call and adjust or cancel their appointment, this will be considered a ‘no show’ and we reserve the right to refuse further appointment requests from that client also a non-refundable deposit will apply. Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 24 hours’ notice will also be considered as a no-show in terms of this policy, and any deposit paid for that appointment will be forfeited.

We will handle all your personal data in the way set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and solely for the scope of providing you with those services you require of us, and will only be kept for that time that you remain a regular customer of our salons.
